Episode #004 International Travel & Veganism

In this episode I am talking to Melanie Green. I first met Melanie via social media and her and I connected instantly. She is originally from Melbourne Australia and currently lives in Japan. Melanie has traveled and continues to travel to different countries and she frequents the United States during the year.
I wanted to have Melanie on the show to chat about what it's like to have a vegan diet outside of the US and to share some tips on how to eat when traveling. This was a great conversation. Melanie also spoke about her vegan journey, how her health has improved and how she makes Veganism work for her.  Melanie is currently the admin in the Crazy Urban Vegans group where people meet to share recipes, advice and support.
